I bought my PS3 for single-player experiences. But then each to their own tastes! That’s why it does both.

“Ruined with multiplayer?” What are you talking about? Multiplayer was the reason I bought a PS3 in the first place. If I want a one-player-game, I can dowload it from the internet for free. I don’t consider a non-multiplayer game worth it to be bought.

They kinda shot themselves in the foot on this one. Unless they dramatically change the gameplay and mechanics it’s gonna be terrible. I mean, standing there whilst holding the block button waiting for a dude to swing at you so you can counter it would be terrible in multiplayer.

Which games have been “ruined” by multiplayer. I remember those sceptical about Uncharted 2′s multiplayer. That turned out to be very wrong. It had the best single-player of the year and one of the best multiplayers.

Ubisoft have a big enough team to get it right.

A multiplayer mode? Must every game be ruined with multiplayer? The only thing I think would be cool would be a keep-away game where one player has a package and must run around holding onto it while others chase them down.
