You said exactly what I was thinking and what people should realize.

Of course any game can be made on any console, the old NES and certain handheld electronics prove that. But every system has its limits, and the PS3′s limits FAR exceeds the 360′s. So therefor it wouldn’t be the same GOW3 that we’ll have on the PS3.

Basically what is being said within the statement “only possible on the PS3″ is “only possible the way it is on the PS3″.

Yeah it’s possible on Xbox 360:
Just port the game and make it God of War 3ree disks then boot the game in the Xbox,get RROD and throw that piece of Microsoft trash out of your house.

The questions is can the game be done on 360, running exactly how it will run on the PS3. And the answer is no, because the SPUs and Blu-Ray give developers more headroom that the 360 just cannot provide.

Yes, any game can be done on any console. The devs would just have to take the time and change things that are done on one console and make them work on the other console. It won’t happen but it can be done. Of course, anything can be done.

yes and no, yes it could be made for the 360, and no because i feel the experience would only feel better on the ps3 as it has more hardware specs and other aspects that the 360 just cant pull off, weve already seen what this console is capable of, and its still got more left to give. i dont remember where i heard it from but i agree with this statement “Gears of War 2 is still the best looking tittle on the 360″ as i have still seen anything that has yet to push the boundary that it has set, however that might change with the new halo reach coming out, who knows?
