Wonder how much EA paid for this ad, ahem, article. EA is anti-competitive, devoid of ideas, and is completely toxic to the gaming industry. When they acquire a new studio, the doomsday clock begins ticking. EA should be broken up via anti-trust.

I would have been a good article if the author wasn’t a hypocrite. You spent so much time outlining a clear case against Activision. Against Guitar Hero fans. Against anyone who continues to purchase Activision products. And you announce that petitions don’t matter and that the only way to solve the problem was to speak with your pocketbook and NOT support Activision. I agree with all of that…I was very happy with this article. And then….

And then you end the whole article with “I am still going to buy Modern Warfare 2″.

You write an entire article to make a point and then completely throw it away. You fail at persuasive writing and you suck at intellectual honesty. How sad that your whole point is undermined by your own inability to listen to your own arguments.

i really want to protest, my theres no way im not buying modern warfare as everybody i know will be buying it and im not turning on my ps3 to see everybody playing it and me missing out. but i do think that this is it and i wont be buying anything else until. its original content.

If they make games for money than it will just end up like the Sonic games or Halo games after Halo2. They will just milk the game and they will know you’ll buy it anyway.
