Ninja Gaiden 3 will release sometime next March, it’s been revealed.
Yosuke Hayashi, head of developer Team Ninja, offered the news at a press event in San Francisco, according to Joystiq.
First announced at the 2010 Tokyo Games Show, and has since been shown at a number of industry events.
The game is heading to PS3, as well as Xbox 360 in March. A Wii U version is also in the works. PlayStation gamers will also be happy to know that a Ninja Gaiden instalment is in development for Vita. That’s set to launch in Japan sometime in February, with a western release date yet to be announced.
