Obscure Gaming Cosplay Sensations

[Editor’s Note: All images are copyrighted and belong solely to their photographers and models]

It’s been roughly nine months since we last launched a cosplay sensations feature on PlayStation University. In that feature we gave out a handful of prizes and tried to make things as fun as possible for everyone. This time around, just in time for the Holidays, we’re looking to do the same thing once more. Over the last week we’ve scoured the internet and spent hours upon hours trying to find gaming cosplay images that we haven’t really seen before and hopefully you haven’t either.

Like before, each page will contain one image of a cosplay scene and it’s up to you as the reader to correctly identify the character and game in which they’re found. One you have all twenty answers and you think they’re correct, feel free to send an email to contest[@]playstationuniversity.com. I suggest you use a valid email address because if you win, you’ll probably want to be able to collect your prize. Giveaways will end on December 17th at 11:59 PM PST.

I bet you’re wondering what type of prizes you can win this time around, aren’t you? Well, here is a list of them.

1. Fist of the North Star Audio Clock

2. Fist of the North Star Signed Artbook

3. EDF 2011 Calendar

4. $20 PSN Card

5. $20 PSN Card

6. DC Universe Online Beta Code

7. Zombie Quarterly Magazine from Dead Rising 2

8. Quantum Theory Journal

9. A Copy of Majin and The Forsaken Kingdom

10. A Copy of MAG

Worth sticking around and guessing for? I think so! The giveaway is open to people worldwide who have legitimate addresses. Below is our starting cosplayers and you can check out the following pages to see the rest. We suggest opening up a notepad document so that you can jot things down a bit easier instead of jumping back and forth.

  1. I’ve got 17 out of 20 so far. If I submit my answers now and figure the remaining 3 out later, can I re-submit my list?

  2. I think I got them all right. Just one gave me a little headache.

  3. one of them is pissing me off because i know what it is but i just cant remember what its called lol

  4. Dean, sending your problem your way is giving me trouble. Says my mail was rejected by the recipient domain.

    • No clue how that’s possible — I’ve already received 40-50 other entries without issue.

      • So weird. Look what the mail gives me:
“Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

        contests@playstationuniversity.com

        Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 No Such User Here” (state 14).”

        • It might be because you’re adding an “s” at the end of “contest,” there is no “s” there.

  5. Alright — I’m going to need some time on this one to get winners. Apparently almost all of the people who got 19/20 thought that Nina from Tekken was on page 4 when in actuality that’s Jill from Resident Evil 5 (tough one, I know).

So I need to go through and find winners based on 19/20…

  6. Thanks a lot for sharing this with all folks you actually recognise
what you’re talking about! Bookmarked. Please also consult with my
website =). We can have a link change contract between us
