Sony’s newly acquired studio Media Molecule is hard at work in bringing new content to owners of the highly successful franchise, LittleBigPlanet. Their latest conquer involves a Hedgehog from a famous SEGA franchise and a bunch of his pals. That’s right, Sonic the Hedgehog and friends are preparing to take over the creative world of LittleBigPlanet.
Today, the Official US Blog has unveiled both the costumes to be released and a great trailer showing off a pretty impressive addition (user created) on the level side as well.
The characters included are: Sonic the Hedgehog, along with Sonic’s alter-ego beast form, the WereHog, his pals Knuckles and Tails, and his nemesis Dr. Eggman.

Now only if Nintendo would allow Mario & gang costumes for LBP
