@Jared London
you dont have to, thats the beauty of todays market
you hawe lots of platforms doing loots of difrent games
if you dont beliewe youre ready or have time to play a console quality game on the bus or on a 5 inch screen(13cm), than get some psp minis, or get a 3ds, ds lite…, its not like sony is holding a gun to youre head teling you to buy a vita, or are they?

to me it sounds like you dont need a psp, but are still getting one just because
unlike many people including myself you may not be traveling for 4 houres back and fourt on a train ewery week
when you do that, you realise that unfortunatly puzle games and arcades dont last that long
smart phones and the ds are ofering simple quick games for one public
and the psp is ofering console quality games for the other public
dont fink the entire market is gona suit youre needs
if it did, than you would be the only one playing a portable consolealso try to ceep a solid thick line betwen opinions and facts in youre next article, looking forward to it.

realy amazing, ive had 2nd thoughts of uncharted on a portable device, but if a vita game can look and perform like the 1st uncharted, at vitas 1st year

Hero is right
UKIE chairman is obviously not a consumer of any of these products, and he dosent realise how unsucsesul angry bird would be as a ps3 game or uncharted as a mobile phone game

I’d take big killer games like Monster Hunter Portable 3rd Dissidia Duodecim and Bleach Heat the Soul 7 over Angry Birds and Plants vs Zombies or Pokemon any day. For me the PSP most often wasn’t the kind of thing I intended use to pass a couple minutes, I personally would play quickie games on a smartphone for that or just listen to music. My fat original PSP did work well being carried in my bag to school or in my cargo pants pockets to pass free time with my friends or when I went on trips or long commutes and felt like relaxing with some quality progressive games rather than quickie games that get repetitive fast. I thought of the PSP more like a portable console and I prefer it to be that way.
i gues i got mine at just the right time
when resistance r. came
so the same year i got to enyoy motorstorm ae, gow coo, and others
than i went digital with the go and 2010 had the fear of my psp exploding on me when playing gost of sparta, and lost ower 200 houres (and counting) on mgs peacewalker
now that i have mases of digital games on my psp go, there is no reason for me to hesitate on geting vita when it comes out…
resistance + uncharted + killzone + vita = me geting one

I get what you guys are saying. If I had to take frequent long train rides, I might think differently. But the main point is that I don’t want to play big console-quality gamed on a three inch screen.
I could get behind some kind of a process for the Vita where you could buy a game for PS3, get a code to play it on the Vita for free or very cheap, and transfer the save data in between. (Like the PS1 classics). I just don’t like having these big games come out for PSP, and be forced to play them in a way that hurts my neck.
