When EA Sports revealed that Fight Night Champion was in development back in July, they let the gaming world know that innovation was on its way. After all, Fight Night had been the most successful boxing franchise to date. However, nobody was quite sure what to expect with Champion.

EA explained the innovation with quite a couple of dramatic sentences.

“Fight Night Champion will break the mold of what is expected in a single-player sports game. Players will be introduced to an entirely new way to step between the ropes and experience the drama, emotion, excitement and tragedy of world championship boxing.”

A couple of days ago, the debut trailer was released as well. Though we’re a tad late on this trailer, we’re throwing it up anyway as everyone should check it out.
